This item is designed and manufactured entirely in Europe and imported by Sorellas.

We ship to mainland Spain (Spain and Portugal) and the Balearic Islands in approximately 24/48 working hours and the Canary Islands in approximately 7 calendar days. Also to France/Europe in 72 working hours approximately. For USA it is 4/5 working days.

In the case that the delivery times are not met due to a problem with the transport agency, Sorellas The Brand will not be responsible for economic level.

How to return a defective product?

We are sorry if you have received a product with a manufacturer's defect. Our team carefully checks each item before it is shipped, so this is not the norm, but if this happens, we will be happy to replace the item with one that is in perfect condition.

Please send an email to [email protected] with the photos proving the defect of the item, the full name of the person who made the purchase and the order reference within 2 calendar days, i.e. the next day after receiving it. Our team will check the merchandise and will issue, if the conditions are met, a replacement FOR THE SAME item within a period not exceeding 15 working days (Sorellas will assume the shipping costs of the replacement). If you want another item or return it, it will be handled as a return.
