Shipping Policy
We ship to Europe, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Corsica, Sicily, Madeira, and the Azores. We also ship to the U.S. and the United Arab Emirates.
Similarly, when we hold a giveaway or contest on our social media platforms, we can only select a winner who is located within our shipping area.
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location and are calculated automatically. You can view the shipping costs once you've selected your products by clicking on the CART and selecting the shipping zone.
During promotional periods, shipping may be free; these and other promotions will be clearly indicated in our online store. Remember that if you subscribe to our newsletter, you’ll also enjoy these and other exclusive benefits when they’re available.
* Shipments to the UK: The customer must pay any customs fees to receive the order.
When making a purchase through our website, you must provide your email address so we can process your order. We also highly recommend providing your phone number in case the carrier needs to contact you.
Once the order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email from the shipping company informing you of the delivery date. They'll also give you the option to change the delivery date and location at no charge. You can choose one of the pickup locations, and you'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Changes/Address Modifications: If, afterplacing your order, you need to change, modify, or add any information to your address, please send an email to info.sorellasthebrand@gmail.com.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Standard shipments to Spain and Portugal take approximately 24–48 business hours, and 72 business hours to Europe. Shipments to the U.S. and the United Arab Emirates take 5 business days.
Express Shipping: For Spain, you can place an express order before 2:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday) to receive it the next business day (before 2:00 p.m.)
For Europe, if you place your order before 2:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday), it will arrive within 48 business hours.
In the event that delivery times are not met due to a problem with the shipping carrier, Sorellas The Brand will not be held financially liable.
REMEMBER thatWE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES, so please provide us with the exact delivery address.
To avoid any problems in the event that you are not at home at the time of delivery, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with a phone number where we can reach you.
If you are not home on the day of delivery.
If the shipping company attempts delivery and you are not home, they will take the package to a pickup location after notifying you by email or cell phone. If more than 7 days pass and the package is returned to our facility, and you do not pick it up, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the costs of reshipping the order. If two delivery attempts are made and the customer is absent, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and if they wish to receive the order again, they will also be responsible for the new shipping costs.
If the order is returned to the sender (i.e., Sorellas), we will hold the order for 1 month; however, if the customer claims it, they will not be entitled to a refund or to the contents of the order.
If you do not receive your order, you have 1 month and 15 calendar days to file a claim; if no claim is filed, it will be assumed that the order was delivered correctly.
Can you change the delivery date and location after placing an order? Oncethe order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email letting you know that it will arrive the next day. You’ll also be given the option to change the delivery date and location for free, as long as it’s nearby. You can choose one of the pickup locations. The next day, on the day of delivery, you’ll receive an email letting you know the time you’ll receive your order.
In the event of delays caused by issues with the shipping company Sorellas, The Brand will not be held financially liable.
