How do I buy online?

Can I request models that do not appear on the website?
For different reasons, not all the clothing in the stores can be found in the online store, but if you are interested in any product, contact us through our contact form and we will inform you of the possibility of acquiring it.

What sizes are shown on the website?
All sizes shown are continental European. If you have any questions, consult the product description to see the measurements of the models or contact us through the contact form.
How can I cancel my order if I finally don't want to receive it?

Where do you ship and what is the amount?
We ship to the peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and the Balearic Islands. Also France and Europe
The shipping price may vary and be subject to promotions. When you add the products to the cart you will be able to see the shipping cost. Depending on the value of your cart, shipping will be free.
For Spain and Portugal, it is approximately 24/48 working hours and for France/Europe approximately 72 working hours
Do you deliver to Seur collection points?
Yes, but when you process the order you must enter a shipping address. When the order leaves the warehouse, Seur will send you an email in case you want to change the date and place of delivery. It is at this time that you can request a delivery at a Seur collection point.
What if I'm not home on the day of delivery?
In the event that the transport company makes a delivery attempt and you are not at home, it will take the package to a pick-up point after notifying you by email or mobile phone. IMPORTANT if special orders are made, on demand, the amount of the garments is not refunded nor are changes made.

Is it possible to return the order? I didn't like the garment.

How to return a defective product?
We are sorry if you have received a product with a factory defect. Our team carefully checks each item before it is shipped, so this is unusual, but if this happens we will be happy to replace the item with one that is in perfect condition.
- Please send an email to [email protected] with the photos that prove the defect of the item, the invoice or purchase receipt (the purchase email is valid), the full name of the person who made the purchase and the reference of the order during the 3 calendar days after receiving it
- A collection will be arranged with the carrier at your address.
- Our team will review the merchandise and issue, if the conditions have been met, a replacement item within a period not exceeding 15 business days (Sorellas will bear the shipping costs of the replacement).
* IMPORTANT NOTE: Returns for defective items will only be accepted when the product retains its labeling.Otherwise, it will be understood that the item has been used and the defect has been due to its improper use. You must claim it within the next 3 calendar days after receiving it.
